Anipart · Spare parts

See the part.
Order the part.

Anipart connects your spare parts data to an interactive 3D model of the product. Customers and technicians identify components visually, see part numbers and prices in context, and move straight on to ordering.

The problem

Spare parts are easy
to sell. Hard to find.

Most spare parts catalogues are built for people who already know what they are looking for: long lists, flat drawings and part numbers. Customers call support, technicians guess, and the wrong part gets ordered.

Part numbers first

Search assumes you already know what the part is called or what its number is.

Flat drawings

2D illustrations are hard to read, and quickly go out of date when the product changes.

Manual identification

Support and service teams spend time working out which part the customer actually needs.

How Anipart helps

Start with the product.
End with the right part.

Visual identification

Point at it.
That’s the search.

Rotate the product, open an assembly and select the component. Anipart highlights it in 3D and shows where it sits in the product structure, down to the smallest nut.

  • No part number needed to start
  • Navigate from whole product to single component
  • Works for customers, dealers and technicians
Exploded views

Exploded views,
generated from CAD.

Anipart creates exploded views from the product geometry, numbered and linked to the parts list. Select a number or a row, and the model and the list follow each other.

  • Created automatically from product geometry
  • Numbered positions linked to part rows
  • Updated when the product changes

Parts information

Everything about
the part, in context.

Part number, description, price, availability, documents and related parts appear next to the component. Tabs keep spare parts, maintenance and technical data apart, so every piece of information has its place.

  • Part numbers, prices and documents in one view
  • Data from your existing systems
  • Structured in tabs by area of use
From part to order

From selected part
to order line.

Add parts to a list or cart and hand it over to your webshop, ERP or dealer portal. Anipart fits into the ordering flow you already have, rather than replacing it.

  • Parts list or cart built in 3D
  • Handover to your existing ordering channel
  • Fewer wrong orders and fewer support calls

Configured products

The right parts for
that specific machine.

When a product has been configured, Anipart can show the variant that was actually delivered. Customers only see the spare parts that fit their machine.

How it works

From your data to
a visual parts catalogue.

01

Import

CAD geometry and spare parts data, such as BOM, part numbers and prices, are brought into Anipart.

02

Connect

Anipart builds the product structure, links each part to its component and generates exploded views.

03

Publish

Customers, dealers and technicians use the catalogue on any device and order through your channels.

Integrations

Built on the data
you already have.

Anipart reads product and spare parts data from your existing systems and hands orders back to them. Every integration is adapted to your architecture and defined together with you before implementation.

Talk to an expert

Do we need CAD to get started?

CAD is the best starting point, since Anipart uses the geometry to build structure and exploded views automatically. Existing 3D files and product data can also be assessed in an initial analysis.

Can Anipart show prices and stock levels?

Yes, when connected to your ERP or business system. Prices and availability are read from your systems, so Anipart shows the same figures as your other channels.

Does Anipart replace our webshop?

No. Anipart helps customers identify the right parts and hands the selection over to your existing webshop, ERP or dealer portal.

What happens when a part is replaced or updated?

A visual matching tool lets the new part take over the properties of the old one, so links and animations stay intact. The update is then published to all users.

Does it run in the browser?

Yes. Anipart runs on any device with a browser, using WebGL, and in XR headsets.
