Aftermarket that
knows what was sold.
A configurable product can exist in hundreds of variants. Anipart connects the delivered product to its original configuration, so customers and technicians see the parts and information that apply to that specific machine. Anipart makes spare parts for configured products easy to find and order, in 3D.
The catalogue shows
every variant. The
customer owns one.
When aftermarket information is built per product model, customers have to work out which options, components and parts apply to their machine. That is where mistakes and support calls start.
Generic catalogues
Every variant is shown, whether it applies to the customer’s machine or not.
Lost configuration data
What was chosen at the time of sale rarely follows the product into aftermarket.
Guesswork in service
Technicians have to confirm how the machine was built before they can order parts.
From configurator
to the right spare part.

Open the machine
that was delivered.
Look up the product by order or serial number, and Anipart loads the configuration that was actually sold, in 3D, with the right options and components.
- Retrieved via order or serial number
- The delivered variant, not the generic model
- The same 3D product as in sales
Only the parts
that fit.
Spare parts lists and exploded views follow the configuration. A petrol and an electric version of the same product show different components, and different parts. That keeps configured products simple to service.
- Parts lists filtered by configuration
- Exploded views per variant
- No manual filtering for the customer
One product model.
From sale to service.
When configurator and aftermarket share the same product logic, the choices made at the time of sale follow the product through its whole life. Aniconfigurator is supported as standard, and other configurators can be connected through a custom integration.
- Aniconfigurator as standard, others via custom integration
- Configuration stored with the order
- Available for the product’s whole life

The customer or seller configures the product. The choices are saved with the order.

Common questions about configuration data, orders and variants.
Do we need to use Aniconfigurator?
No. Anipart connects to Aniconfigurator as standard, and to other configurators through a custom integration.
How is a configuration linked to a delivered product?
Through the order or serial number. The link is set up in the integration with your order management or ERP system.
What if the product is modified after delivery?
The stored configuration can be updated as part of the integration, so aftermarket reflects the machine as it is today.
Can dealers look up a customer’s configuration?
Yes, if you give them access. Access is controlled per user, group and content package in Anipart Dashboard.
Does this work for products already in the field?
Yes, as long as the configuration data for those products exists in your systems.
