See how the
job is done.
Anipart connects service procedures directly to the product. Interactive 3D, animation and supporting information make each step easier to understand, before the technician picks up a tool.

Service manuals
describe the job.
They rarely show it.
Text and flat illustrations leave technicians to imagine each step. It takes time, leads to mistakes and makes new technicians dependent on experienced colleagues.
Text-heavy manuals
Procedures are hard to follow without seeing the product.
Out-of-date material
Manuals and films are costly to update when the product changes.
Knowledge in people’s heads
Experience is hard to share across markets and partners.
Instructions that
follow the product.

Every step, shown
on the product.
Service procedures are connected to the components they concern. Technicians follow animated steps, rotate the model and zoom in wherever they need to.
- Step-by-step animations
- Free navigation in every step
- Procedures organised by product structure
Tools, parts and
notes where they matter.
Each step can carry text, images, documents and the spare parts involved. Technicians get what they need without switching between manuals, portals and parts lists.
- Text, images, PDFs and films per step
- Linked spare parts
- Tabs for maintenance, troubleshooting and technical data

When a part changes,
the procedure follows.
Replace a 3D object and the new one takes over the properties of the old one. Animations and links don’t have to be rebuilt, which makes updates far easier than re-recording a film.
- Replaced objects inherit animations and links
- Updates published centrally
- One source for service and training
At the workbench,
in the field.
Procedures run on any device with a browser, and in XR headsets, so the same instructions follow the technician from the office to the customer site.
- Any device with a browser, plus XR
- Available offline on site
- Always the published version

Common questions about creating, updating and distributing procedures.
Who creates the procedures?
Your team can create and maintain content in Anipart Studio after training from Animech. We can also help create all or parts of the content.
Can we reuse existing manuals and films?
Yes. Existing PDFs, images and films can be attached to components and steps, and gradually replaced with interactive 3D where it adds most value.
How are updates distributed to technicians?
Updates are published centrally and reach users automatically the next time they open Anipart.
Can procedures be used offline?
Yes. Content can be made available offline, so technicians can follow procedures on site without a connection. Updates are picked up the next time the device is online.
Can partners and dealers get access?
Yes. Access is managed per user, group and content package in Anipart Dashboard, so each partner sees only the products they service.
